Provider resources are critical in allowing for the effective delivery of CBT-CP.
Barriers
A lack of resources and time for delivering CBT-CP treatments, lack of education for referring providers, limited availability of providers to deliver treatments, and a lack of readily available and centralized resources regarding treatments are all barriers to CBT-CP.
Facilitators
Providers are more likely to deliver CBT-CP when they have access to dedicated clinical staff, funding, and physical space to deliver the intervention. Additional facilitators include leadership support, local champions, and strong communication between clinic teams.
